The Project Fibonacci Foundation, Inc. has been selected by local Hannaford store leadership as the benefiting non-profit in the brand-new Hannaford Bloomin’ 4 Good Program for February, according to a release.

The Bloomin’ 4 Good Program is an easy way for shoppers to give back as part of the regular shopping routine. Every $12 Bloomin’ 4 Good Bouquet with the red circle sticker sold supports a non-profit local to the Hannaford in which it was purchased.

The Project Fibonacci Foundation, Inc. was selected by local store leadership at the Hannaford at 808 W. Chestnut St. in Rome and will receive a $1 donation for every Bloomin’ 4 Good Bouquet purchased at that location in February.

“Flowers can make someone’s day, brighten up a room or spread a smile,” said Dr. Andy Drozd, chairman of The Project Fibonacci Foundation, Inc., in a statement, “Now they can give back, too! We are thrilled to be chosen to benefit from this unique and impactful Hannaford Bloomin’ 4 Good Program, as the demands of those in need are higher than ever this year.”

The Project Fibonacci Foundation, Inc. is dedicated to STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics) leadership education as a catalyst for workforce preparedness and economic growth. The Foundation provides a year-round series of immersive learning programs on STEAM leadership in cooperation with local schools, businesses, and other non-profit organizations.
